This place is just outstanding! So many seafood options! Just moved here from Hawaii and this place knows the meaning of Aloha 100% Bartender Lacey was just so warm and friendly and kind, she can make whatever needs to happen happen. Jonathan or Justin? the manager went above and beyond in every way! Where else can you find beautiful olive encrusted Chilean sea bass cooked to perfection and a mouth watering s'mores? Right here. The ambiance is elevated and just right for a multitude of groups.

We went on a Sunday night and so did a bunch of other couples so it gave off a romantic vibe, but it doesn't have to be at all. We were seated upstairs and my view was the doors to the two bathrooms although I was further away from it. Had they sat me at the table about 5 feet from the doors, I probably would have left. That type of atmosphere is ok in other spots, but not at a restaurant where you walk away $200-$300 dollars poorer. We ordered oyster "Brock-a-fella" with the tamarind butter, which was good, but not as good as it sounds. If I could go back in time, I would just go with the fresh oysters. The crab cake had too much going on, I prefer something more pure. Octopus was great, nicely charred but not dry. My favorite dish of the night was the seabass. Oftentimes I eat something and say I can make it better, but this was not the case. Crispy edge and soft and buttery on the inside. My one comment would be that they tried to dress it up too much with mints and other herbs, while the filet on its own was nearly perfection. Add the old bay potato's and you have yourself a great entree. Overall, it's a pricey place but the food and drinks were wonderful.

We had such a wonderful experience with our server Vanessa. Her recommendations were all killer. The vibe is totally cute here too. There's outdoor seating and dining room seating where you can see the inner workings of the kitchen from the dining area. The seafood blew us away. We hit this spot before our flight out of WA but definitely looking forward to coming back!

A cozy spot for fresh seafood tucked into the heart of Fremont -- we were celebrating a special occasion and reached out to the restaurant two weeks prior to book a table for a large party. The staff was super responsive and flexible, letting us tack on an extra 1-2 people in the final days! The inside felt like a rustic cabin, complete with the large fire pit while we waited for the table outside. The service was really lovely and they were super sweet to provide a dessert on the house. The menu isn't too crazy, I believe it switches out periodically based on the season. I recommend getting appetizers to share and individual entrees -- the Oysters were delicious and Potato Rolls were SO. GOOD. I got the Rockfish with turmeric-lemongrass marinade, easily my favorite bite of the evening! The fish was so flavorful and the outside was crispy, I'm a huge fan. The Carolina Snake Charmer cocktail was also great. Overall, a really great staff and yummy food in a great atmosphere -- it's no wonder that this spot was recommended by so many, would definitely come back!

We popped out for dinner on Friday in Seattle and found ourselves at the bar of RockCreek. The hostess was kind enough to help us secure two seats right away. We were grateful as it was cold out and we were hungry and thirsty. The service was prompt even though the restaurant was almost at full capacity. I loved how the staff worked as a team. It made the dinner flow very smoothly. We started with a White Negroni and a Sazerac with Oven Roasted Barron Point Oysters in toasted garlic, fennel, lemon, and pastis. They were plump and easy to slide onto your plate and cut into bite size pieces with your knife. We devoured them! We then had the Wild Carolina Prawns "St Helena" in brown butter, Serrano, rosemary with delta ground grits. So good it'll make ya slap yer' momma! The brown butter sauce was slightly acidic and gave this perfect punch to a sinfully rich dish. We also had the Barbequed Spanish Octopus. We try octopus whenever it is on the menu, and this one is slightly charred and smoky and so delicate you can cut it with a butter knife! One of the best we've ever had! We couldn't stop there, so we had Espresso Martinis and the S'mores with Charred Crème and Homemade Graham Cracker to finish. The food was outstanding and the attention to detail with the derive made it even more enjoyable. We will be back soon!

Dreaming of the day I can dine at RockCreek again. RockCreek Seafood & Spirits located in the Fremont neighborhood, is a popular spot for seafood enthusiasts looking for a fresh, creative, and upscale dining experience. I'd definitely get a reservation! **Atmosphere:** The restaurant has a warm, rustic interior with exposed beams and natural wood finishes that create an inviting ambiance. It feels modern yet comfortable, making it great for both intimate dinners or celebrations. **Menu:** the menu is dynamic, featuring a variety of seafood dishes that change with the season. Everything we ordered was outstanding! Order shareable plates, to explore more from their menu. (Sad I didn't take any photos of the food) -Chilean Sea Bass: 10/10 -Mediterranean Mussels: 10/10 -Raw Bar Oysters: 9/10 -Cauliflower Salad: 9/10 -Barbecued Spanish Octopus: 9/10 -Calamari 'Kari Out': 7/10 **Service:** The staff at RockCreek is attentive and offered excellent recommendations. We did have to wait a little past our reservation time to be seated, but it was a busy night. Overall, RockCreek Seafood & Spirits is a must-visit for seafood lovers in Seattle. While this restaurant is on the pricier side, the quality and creativity justify it.

Menu was underwhelming, but food was good. Was it the best seafood I have ever had? No. Personally, the price doesn't match the service and ambience. It's a very rustic vibe...feels like a saloon or tavern. Disappointed to not see a bouillabaisse, or seafood stew that highlights local shellfish. Maybe their menu changes based on season? No shrimp, no crab. Lots of different cooked fish, and scallops for entrees. Small plates...there are clams, mussels, and grilled octopus. For $100+ per person, I would have expected more. Their dishes range from $20 for a small plate to $60 for a entree. Hokkaido scallops were delicious. Mussels had a tom yum flavored broth, which was good to eat and drink. The tuna tartare was well seasoned with bright flavors. Cocktails were delicious too. Like others, I feel this place is a little overrated. With no parking lot and positioned in a residential area, it's very difficult to find parking.

Phenomenal food, friendly service and a cozy patio view made this meal memorable. Came here on a Sunday night and while busy, we were able to get a seat on the patio without a reservation which was nice. The shrimp enchiladas, calamari box, sole picatta and smashed potatoes were all excellent. Great use of flavors that all seemed to work perfectly together. The mezcal oyster shooter was so good we ordered a second round. All the cocktails were on point and while the kitchen was a little behind, we felt like the timing of the meal moved nicely. Definitely not the cheapest restaurant on the block, but we had a very nice time. This place does modern seafood right.
